Knowledge and Library
The Library is the one finder for documents, uploads, and Drive; add files to a Space to share them.
The Library is the one place for files: documents an agent saved, files you uploaded, folders you made, and the Google Drive accounts you may read. Agents search it the way they search your email, and anything they produce can be saved into it so it outlives the chat.

Steps
- Open the Library. Choose Library in the sidebar. Your folders are listed beside a root for each Drive account you can read. From a chat the Library opens in the pane beside it; from the sidebar it is the page.
- Add files. Upload adds a file to the current folder; New folder makes one. Drag files into the chat composer to attach them to a request without saving them.
- Save work from a chat. When an agent builds a report, spreadsheet, deck, or page, ask it to save the result. It becomes a document in the Library with its editable source, and the card in the chat opens it.
- Bring in Drive. Connect Google Drive in Settings → Connections and pick folders to sync. Synced files are indexed so agents can search their contents, and they appear in the Library under that account. A whole-Drive mode syncs the newest files flat.
- Share with a Space. Select files and choose Add to Space. Documents are referenced; Drive folders are published, so current and future members of the Space can read them and anything added under them later. A Space's Files panel lists them with a state in words: syncing, indexing, or needs reconnecting.
What waits for your approval
Uploading and saving your own files does not ask. Sharing a document with a group or a Space, moving a chat's files into a Space, and deleting ask or confirm, because they change who can reach the file.
Limits
- Only Google Drive syncs today. Notion, Dropbox, SharePoint, and OneDrive are not connected sources yet.
- A file an agent made during a chat but did not save can expire with that chat's computer. Save what you want to keep.
- Drive files you can see in the Library are the ones your own Drive account or a Space publication lets you see. Nobody gains Drive access by being in a Space with you.
- Moving files into a Space is one-way.
- A document's earlier versions are kept, but there is no side-by-side comparison view yet.
