These terms govern your use of Meridian, operated by Untethered Inc (“Untethered”, “we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using Meridian, you agree to them. Where an agreement or order form you have signed with us says otherwise, that agreement prevails.
The service
Meridian is a workspace where your people and AI agents work on your company's data: agents, skills, tools, routines, tasks, documents, tables, apps, connectors and databases. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure and for the people you invite. When you ask for support, you authorise our staff to reach your account and content as needed to resolve the issue.
Agents and approvals
Agents act on your instructions and on the access you give them, and they can make mistakes. You review their output before relying on it. Deleting, changing who can see something and sending email outside your workspace wait for a person's approval; you are responsible for what you approve and for the actions you direct agents to take.
Your content
You own the content in your workspace and are responsible for its accuracy and legality. You give us only the licence we need to run the service on it: we do not use your content to train models or for anything but delivering Meridian to you.
Acceptable use
Use Meridian lawfully and for your own business. Do not impersonate others, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, resell it or use it to build a competing product. Report any security issue you find to hello@untethered.team.
Third-party tools
When you connect a tool, your use of it stays subject to its own terms. Meridian acts on the access you authorise and is not responsible for third-party services or content.
Fees
Fees are set out in your proposal or order: one-time fees for strategy and deployment, and seat, usage or outcome pricing for the platform. Self-serve plans are billed in advance through Stripe, whose terms also apply. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded. We give notice before changing prices.
Intellectual property
Untethered keeps all rights to Meridian, its technology and its brand. The agents, rules and company context you build in your workspace are yours.
Confidentiality
Each of us keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Meridian is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for failures of the internet, third-party systems or model providers, nor for decisions made on an agent's output without review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untethered is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Untethered against claims arising from your content, your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
Termination
You may stop using Meridian at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service. After termination we delete your workspace data at your request.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. We may update them from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
