Meridian docs
How to get work done in Meridian, from your first chat to the playbooks your team runs every week.
Start
Work
- TodayToday reads your accounts and suggests work; Run starts it, Discuss drafts it, Add to Tasks keeps it.
- Chat and approvalsEvery request is a chat with a run inside; a card stops anything that sends, writes, or shares.
- SpacesA Space keeps one effort's chats, Tasks, files, routines, goals, and team in one place.
- Slack and channelsMention the Meridian app in Slack or DM it; routines deliver to you or to a team channel.
Agents
- AgentsFind an agent in the roster, turn it on, write it notes, chat with it, or duplicate it.
- Jobs and triggersJobs run on a schedule, on an event, or when a record changes, for each member who turned the agent on.
- Build your own agentCreating an agent is a chat; its name, skills, accounts, and audience live on its Settings tab.
- Notes and DuplicateNotes personalise an agent for you alone; Duplicate makes a copy you own and edit.
- Skills and toolsA skill tells an agent how to do a kind of work; a tool is one action, guarded by the same approval rule.
Data
- Connected accountsSettings → Connections is where accounts are added; each stays private to who connected it.
- Knowledge and LibraryThe Library is the one finder for documents, uploads, and Drive; add files to a Space to share them.
- Databases and tablesSynced records are read-only in the Workspace database; your own tables live in Databases you create.
- AppsAn App is built in chat, saved as a deployment, and opened in the pane, full screen, or in a new tab.
- Sharing and accessYou see what your accounts and grants allow; sharing is an explicit grant, and admin rights do not open private data.
Templates
- Finance PartnerA template agent that learns your finance routine first, then takes on the recurring work with your approval.
- Invoice ReconcilerA template agent that matches invoices to payments from your sources and lists the exceptions for you.
- Pipeline KeeperA template agent that reads your CRM, flags deals without a next step, and drafts the chase for your approval.
- Customer VoiceA template agent that reads your meeting transcripts and support threads and reports the themes in customers' own words.
- Applicant ScreenerA template agent that reads applications where they arrive, scores them against your criteria, and stages the shortlist.
- Market WatchA template agent that watches named competitors and topics on the web and reports only verified changes.
- Brand MonitorA template agent that finds brand mentions on the web and in channels you connect, and stages the ones worth answering.
- Weekly NumbersA template agent that agrees your metrics with you, builds the page once, and delivers it every Monday.
